How It Works

INFRARED SAUNA Participants will enter the sauna in their swimsuit with a towel or robe. The treatment will last for 20-30 minutes, during which time it is strongly encouraged to bring water in the sauna to properly hydrate. Participants will notice that they will sweat a fair amount during their session. Sweating is a healthy process that may help the body to detoxify from the many harmful free radicals and heavy metals that have negative long-term effects on human health. After the treatment is over, participants may want to rinse off in the on-site shower, or change Into loose clothing that’s breathable and light.
